New Shelter Arrivals All animals shown on this page will be held for seven days as required by Wisconsin State Statute 173.19. If the animal’s owner does not claim their pet by the date listed under each description, the animal will be released for adoption. To view intake information for an animal please click on their picture.  To view animals available for adoption, please click on the links to the left.       Please remember that the appearance of animals can change while they are running loose (injuries, weight-loss, grooming issues, etc.) and that descriptions can be subjective. If you think that a picture or description resembles your pet, please come to the shelter and see the animal in person.  If you do not see your pet listed here, please fill out our online Lost Pet Form. We also recommend that you contact your local law enforcement, your veterinarian, your neighbors, WEKZ, and post flyers.
